The life of a parish requires many ministers. Below you will information for various ministries available in the parishes. All require a faithful Catholic in good standing who is willing to commit his/her time and talents. Training is usually provided. If you would like to be a minister or you know of anyone who would make a good minister, please ask them to contact the parish office.

Altar Servers
This ministry provides members of the parish with a true opportunity to function as lay ministers by reverently assisting the priest and/or deacon during Sunday Mass and at special liturgies throughout the year. If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact the pastor or your parish office.
Reader of God's Word [lectors]
This ministry provides members of the parish the opportunity to proclaim the Word of God clearly and understandably so that all who hear may respond. If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact the pastor or your parish office.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion serve to assist the priest and/or deacon during Holy Communion and bring Holy Communion to parishioners who reside in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or in their own homes and who are unable to get to church. These ministers are sometimes referred to as Eucharistic Ministers or Communion Ministers. If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact the pastor or your parish office.
Musicians
This ministry includes organists, pianists, keyboardists, guitarists, vocalists, and those gifted with the ability to play other instruments to help accompany and music during weekend Masses, Holy Days, weddings, funerals, Reconciliation services, and other liturgical celebrations. Parishioners are invited to share their musical talents with the rest of the congregation through this ministry.

Greeters
Being a welcoming community is very important to us. These ministers are sometimes the first face of the parish as they welcome and greet those coming into our church. If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact the pastor or your parish office.
Ushers
These ministers are sometimes the first face of the parish as they offer assistance to those in need, take up the collection, and distribute parish bulletins and other materials as needed. If you wish to consider this ministry, please contact the pastor or your parish office.
Sacristans
